ELECAM (Elections Cameroon) operates through a network of offices nationwide to manage electoral operations effectively at the local level. It is organized into 10 Regional Delegations, which are further supported by 58 Departmental Agencies and 360 Communal Offices. The offices are distributed throughout the regions to ensure accessibility for citizens.

The 10 Regional Delegations in Cameroon are headed by Regional Delegates. These delegations are located in each of the country’s regions: Adamawa, Centre, East, Far North, Littoral, North, Northwest, South, Southwest and West

Each Regional Delegation manages the electoral processes for its respective area, with the assistance of the Departmental Agencies and Communal Offices within its jurisdiction.
